Are We Naturally Right Brain, Creative?

This is a good clip of Marshall McLuhan putting forth how the right brain, creative is rarely used in the Western World and modern civilization but that people were always right brain but were engineered over time to be left brain or logic. He also mentions how schools even at the university level have no use for the creative right side of the brain.
