They have placed a bony "closed eye" structure dubbed Oculus over the rebuilt World Trade Center transportation hub that overlooks the new Ground Zero. The skylights in the architecture, which has been referred to as "a living, evolving, morphing creature," will now "open" each year only once... on 9/11.
Each year, the public will symbolically "experience a subtle sense of man’s vulnerability, while maintaining a link to a higher order."

Reminds me of this occult happy horse shit right after 9/11:
I started watching this and thought... "Ehhh, someone's paranoid or just seeing things" - but after a few seconds it seemed to become obvious that instead of the people creating a circle (natural thing to do when surrounding an inner circle - right?)... the shape was *intentionally* designed to look like an eye! After all, this must have been choriographed and then rehearsed many times. Hmmm... too similar to an eye for it to be an accident or a coincidence if you ask me!"
So it genuinely does look as if they are letting you know who really did it.
